“I Kissed A Girl” - Swingers Anthem For The Summer of 2008?

The song is getting harder to ignore, it plays everywhere I turn to on my satellite radio. Katy Perry’s new single “I Kissed A Girl” has the makings to become the swingers anthem for the summer of 2008. There aren’t too many songs being written about the lifestyle that make it to the mainstream, so this may be the closest we get as summer officially kicks in to high gear this evening @ 7:59 eastern time. With lyrics like: “I kissed a girl and I liked it; The taste of her cherry chap stick; I kissed a girl just to try it; I hope my boyfriend don’t mind it; It felt so wrong It felt so right; Don’t mean I’m in love tonight; I kissed a girl and I liked it; I liked it“ it’s just the right song to express how many swinging couples possibly feel about being swingers. Although, not everyone is a fan as posted on idolator. As reported, the song has gained a significant amount of controversy since its rise to popularity due to its perceived support of adultery. We think they got it all wrong, it’s not adultery if your other half can watch!
