We enjoyed watching the first few episodes of Swingtown as shown on the CBS network. The rest of them have been recorded and stored away safely on our personal video recorder (PVR) for viewing when time allows. For those of you not so lucky to have quick access to the show like we do, not to mention the removal of all ADs, the first season DVD is out just in time for the holiday season! One reason we enjoyed watching this show, besides the fact that it’s lifestyle related, is that the acting is good, the clothes and music compliment the 70s instead of making a joke out of it and turning it into yet another cheesy low budget TV show.
