Alan R. Levy published a very interesting story in the Yale Law Journal with a title sure to get your attention: ‘How “Swingers” Might Save Hollywood from a Federal Pornography Statute‘. It seems that in the US, pornographers and the like have been fighting and losing the ‘proof of age’ legal battle that has plagued them for years. In a funny turn of things, it seems that swingers have more power than pornographers, they took the law to the upper courts and actually managed to do what the sex industry has tried and failed.
