We can’t speak for the past (read: before Internet) but have friends who have been in the lifestyle longer than the Internet has been around. They confirm that it was very difficult if next to impossible to actually make good connections. Maybe that’s why now that most of us like minded people have a computer that businesses have caught on that offering adult themed venues to spend our money will not be a waste.
